I was at the Simoniz Car Wash in Addison Texas. I go to this car wash all the time and never had a problem. But on the particular day my car's back panel was broken off. I was never told that it came off. My friend discover the broken panel the same day but the car wash was closed. The next day I went to the car wash and told him. That I was never told about my back panel. Instead he presented my with my back panel and stated very non-expressive that we get this all the time and we don't cover for it but I can give you some coupons. Well, I thought this was very disrespectful and I called my insurance company and they said that the car wash should pay for their mistake. So I called Nathan back and he said he would call his Manager, well he did not. I called and spoke to Lisa in the Corporate office. She was very nice and suggested I speak to the Manager in Addison, Texas, well he left a message on my answer machine telling me that the don't cover for broken pieces. I was disappointed and vowed to write this letter. In, addition I gave the coupons to my roommate. She went to the car wash and her car was streaked with some type of film, so she ask them to wipe it again and this spouted out some racial comments which offended my roommate. It is not about race in this situation it is being a man and admitting the mistake. This was a horrible experience and what goes around normally comes around.
