Honda Plaza Auto Mall Complaint

Incompetency & Cheating

- BROOKLYN, NY
On Monday 07/24/07 @ 10.52 am, I took my vehicle a 2002 Honda Oddyesey to Plaza auto mall with the complaint that

[1]the vehicle check engine light is on
[2] that the thermostat gauge reading was high.
[3] to check air bag light,
[4] to fix hood which was not closing properly.

On thursday the 26th of July I went to pick the vehicle, I had to pay to the cashier first before I was given the keys of the vehicle, i did not have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before payment.

I paid $1430.50, then the vehicle was brought outside on the street for me.

I hardly drove two blocks away from the Honda's service place I noticed that the check engine light was still on, the thermostat gauge reading was even reading higher than before.

I called Honda's customer consultant & reported my findings, he told me to bring the vehicle back.

I took the vehicle back on monday 08/01/07 @ 9am with the hope that the vehicle will be fix.

To my surprise the same customer consultant I was dealing with from the beginning called me up stating I will have to pay another $359.00 plus tax.

My complaint on the vehicle never changed, why would I have to pay for hat I had paid for last week not even up to a week, for the same complaint , which they failed to diagnosed in the first place. I went to Honda because I expected a perfect job to be done, with the hoe that they will not beat about the bush in finding the problems o the vehicle.
