Honda Civic Complaint

I bought a Honda Civic 2002 brand news at #7 Honda. I have this problem that the car has been hit three times from the side the back the front and the air bag has never opened up. After I heard the complaints about the air bags not opening two years ago, I went to #7 Honda and they refused to help me.
Now I am hearing again more complaints and they tell me I haveto pay to find out why the air bag does not open.

Could you let me know what I can do please. Even though the car is older now I would like to know why my bag does not work.
