I have been attempting to modify my home loan through Bank of American without success for expediting the finalization. I have called ongoing weekly for stats. I’m told various reasons for the delay such as: still in review, paper lost, waiting for updates etc. I’m so afraid when I call paperwork will be lost again and further delays. I have been pre-approved and completed the trial payments several months ago. I’m turning to you for assistance. This is causing me so much stress and mistrust with Bank of American for the excessive delays and possibilities of more lost papers.
Would you please assist me in looking into this matter and also expediting this? Every time I call I speak to a different person with different information. The review/final approval. I was told this would be completed after the trial payments. I completed my trial payments in May 2010. Please help me in moving this forward or looking into this matter. I appreciate any assistance you may be able to give to me regarding Bank of American Mortgage Company. I am concerned that this is a strategy being used to delay this finalization. Thank you.
