Home Depot and thier contracted extended warnties. Complaint

The most recent dealing with Home Depot started over 2 weeeks ago. my dishwasher that is 1 year and 2 months old went out. We had also bought an entended warranity figering we would not have a problem. Over 2 weeks later this is still not fixed and we have been told there's not anything they can do, except wait for the part, which they came to our home and diagnosed the part they needed which was not what was wrong. Home Depot is unwilling to help us and the contracted warrenity people also could care less. We are having Christmas at our home and need this fixed, PLEASE help us, at the very least Home Depot should replace our dishwasher.
