I paid $350 in August for a wide screen TV stand with media storage that you put together. The box it came in had a big hole in it and a piece turned up missing. When I called their parts dept they said it would be 3 weeks. Three weeks went by no missing piece. I called and they said it would be here oct 1st. It never came. I called they said oct 22nd. It never came. I called they said December. It is obvious that they never intend to send the piece to me.
This piece is an integral part of this piece of furniture. For 8 weeks it has sat in pieces in my living room. Now I am out $350 dollars too.
