I was hired to work 30hrs per wk. I was only allowed 24 hrs. for quite a number of wks. My sales quota was 6 sales per wk. It seems odd that my quota was the same every wk. In addition, my hours tended to be when store traffic was at it's slowest. Fridays were quite busy, compared to other wk days. I noticed that I was off almost every Friday. The schedule was set by the local manager. Yet, my quota remained the same, regardless of my schedule. It does not take a CPA to see that the odds of me succeeding were not favorable. So, at the end of 6 weeks, I was released. By the way, I was not allowed to work my last day. I had 4 sales my last week, and 1 cancellation. Also, my last week I did not work Friday, or Thursday. Now I ask you, was I treated justly. As I stated previously, there were ever present cameras recording prospects and employees alike. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING. BUYER BEWARE.
