I've lived at "The Springs" apartments for 1 month shy of a year. The lease says that, I am responsible for paying $150. a month for the year I lived here, if I break the lease. I would have broken the lease in the first 3 months. I put in my 30 day notice, and was told that I lost my deposit because it was not 60 days notice. I have had friends cars towed, my car and garage broken into and several things stolen,5 cars in one night were broken into here! I complained about the fact that they say it is a gated community on the website and in the brochure, but when I said something about the gates not working during the time these cars were being broken into I was told" We are only a partially gated community, you know?" I have lived here with leaky toilets, 2 broken garbage disposals, pathway lights broken for at least 3 months, water standing and leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment, moved in to a dirty apt, and now they are threatening me with a 2,200. dollar fee for cleaning and repainting! I had to paint when I moved in! Several of us tenants are ready to write corporate, but the management will not give out the address or contact info! Help!
