On 10/7/05 I went to Henderson Hyundai Superstore at 460 N. Boulder Hwy. Henderson Nevada 89015. I looked at several vehicles with a salesman named Chuck Atwood I believe. He told me that the one vehicle that I was looking at anf finally did buy was the last one of its type on the lot. (Elantra Automatic). I was undecided until he offered me 2 years free oil changes. I did buy the vehicle and got a 'We Owe' note for 7 free oil changes. I went in sometime in December I believe and got one oil change with no problems. I went yesterday 1/25/06 and was promptly advised that I would be charged $75.00 for the change. I questioned this and was advised by the service manager that the oil changes were for every other oil change. I went to the business manager and go no satisfaction. I do believe this is fraud.. I was given 7 free oil changes for the first 2 years not the first 4 years and every other oil change. 7 changes would be brought down to an oil change every 3 months for the first 2 years. I think they misrepresented themselves and committed fraud when they refused me the oil change.
