I have been trying to get a retired colonel of the United States Marines his medals and personal items out of a car that is being stored at this tow yard. The Colonel is incarcinated. I have a signed form for release of his personal property from the vehicle that inclues his backpack and war medals. The Tow Company refuses to release his property with out paper work from the Orange Police Dept. The Orange Police Department will not give me paperwork without car registration. I can not get a copy of car registation from DMV to present to the Orange Police Dept. The arresting officer mis spelled the Colonel name to shorten his paper work for his report.
It is ridiculous when the tow yard says they will throw his belongings and war medals in the trash. Please Help the Colonel
