Do you review cases where the the city and county is refusing to abide by parental rights and is keeping a child who has Autism and can't speak, away from a perfectly safe and loving home? They put my son in a overcrowded, loud, chaotic, neglectful, group home for over a year now because he missed some school the previous school year. We have completed everything the caseworker and court have asked with 100% on the treatment plan and goals they set for us. Now they are still refusing him to come home. They have no reason to keep him there as he has a perfectly good and loving home to go back to. Can you give some advice or help us get him home now? Also, they are spending state and Federal funds when they could be spent helping families and children who are in danger and actually being abused.
