My son and I have lived in a Mobil Home for 10/11years. It is a triple wide, I love it. My son Michael who owns the home moved in to help me out with finances. I am a senior citizen on disability, I receive $663.00. per month. A while after he moved in, he was downsized from his job. He had a full time job working for a pharmacy, he had worked there for over 6yrs.
He was out of work for about 3 months. He eventually he found a job working part time as a cashier for a food market. His paycheck was reduced and it was difficult to make ends meet. Over a year ago, we noticed the roof was leaking, spreading about 20ft arcoss the ceiling. Then we noticed the floor was giving way in several placed (PLEASE EXCUSE THE PUN BUT "IT NEVER RAINS BUT IT POURS") As soon as we noticed it, we contacted the House Insurance Agency about it. They said there was nothing they We have heavy boards over the weak spots to stop anybody falling through also we have notices mice and cockroached coming in to the house.
Since it started, I have called every charity organization, every church, government serices, health departments, and many more. I don't know what else to do. We do not have the funds to fix these repairs. We need help to get these repairs don, or we lose the house. Thank you for your time. Please excuse my grammer.
