I hav been trying to get Crystal Clear Pools and Spa to come fix my pool for about 3 years now. I have send certified letters and personally spoke to an employe about fixing the problem with my pool. The reason my pool is sinking is because Crystal Clear Pools and Spa built my pool next to an area where the builder of my home had burried many different types of garbage, ranging from wood, trees, oil cans and plastic. They never said to us that we needed to have it filled ourselves or they would fill it for a fee. As a consumer I did not know that years later this hole filled with garbage would ruin my pool. I have had multiple other pool companies come and give an estimate to fix this problem and all I asked Crystal Clear Pools and Spa to do was take responsibility for their mistake and they absolutly refuse to do so. I have already spent money I don't have to have letters sent to them, I cannot afford to have a lawyer to take them to court. I really think that in my heart they know that the average consumer cannot afford to do what it takes to have a company fix what they did so they just drag it out as long as possible till the consumer gives up. I cannot give up because when my pool collapses it will most definitely go straigt to my neighbors garage and flood them out. I guess what I am asking is that the word gets out about Crystal Clear Pools and Spa so that no one else has to suffer the saddness I am feeling for trusting in this pool company. I work in the hair industry and I talk to a lot of consumers and I am shocked at the amout of consumers that are haveing problems with this same company. Please help me to get the word out there. Maybe Crystal Clear Pools and Spa will fix what they have wronged and repair their reputation. Thank you for reading my letter.
