According to the Citrus County Building Division this company has been known to pressure, deceive and over charge senior citizens and Floridians for services and products. This company has gone so far as to neglect pull permits to perform installations, putting home owners at and the environment at risk In addition they have not applied for any rebates from Progress Energy heat pump program in over two years. I have learned from my own experience that this company falls short of the claims of Quality Service at an Affordable Price as stated in their ad in the phone book. This has been the most deceptive under handed company I have ever done business with. They sell their products and service through deception, false misleading statements and high pressure sales tactics.
The following is a brief description of my personal experience. No permit pulled was. Deceived about the efficiency rating of the unit purchased. Quoted a $60.00 per month payment that really is $163.00 per month. Told my new unit had 10 year warranty when really only has a 5 year. Because I have refused to pay the new inflated price this company has threatened us with having a lien placed on our home. In addition they have stated that they were going to call my place of employment (at my place of employment I presently enjoy having the highest regards for my integrity) with the intention of slandering my character and reputation with in the community by falsely accusing me of gay bashing his employees. I have received conflicting information from two members of this company. Of course all of the issues stated above did not come to light until after the installation was completed and paper work was signed.
