COBRA insurance Company Complaint

My health insurance was unfiarly terminated approximately one year after I retired. I spoke to a representative of COBRA Insurance on September in an attempt to appeal the decsion, the represetative stated "there is nothing that can be done because our premium was short by $8.00." I have consistently paid the required premium for almost one year. I have a package with all the documentation to prove that we were mistreated by our Insurance Company and we need help in getting our coverage re-instated.
