Hi I would like to start of by saying thank you for listiening. I have a back injury I suffred from work and seek my own medical attention because the company did not have a panel posted for medical care. after I met with doctors and told me I should get a MRI and I also got an attorney. When I went to work I asked for their insurance info and it took them 4 days to get back with me now here is were it all begins after I called their insurane company they fired me a week later?? for now reason. I was a warehouse supervisor working directly from the owner I have been nothing but an excellent worker and never any dicplinary write ups what so ever. They denied my medical issurance claim which I have proof of injuries and denied unemployment in fact even lied about situaions that never even happen.
I'm just menatally and physically drained and upset to be treated this way and also have much info about illeagl activites with the comapany that fired me and home depot!! Also I feel I don't have the judical system on my side and when I tried to seek other legal counsel they won't help me because I'm already represented I just don't understand how this can happen I'm hard working and the goverment won't even help me! by not properly investigating my seperation. I've been out of work hurt and broke because I have no money. if you pick my story I have more to tell thank you for reading.
