i bought a used car on February 25 2011 and since then they have fixed a number of things. and the most important thing is that the maneger of the lot kept telling me that they would fix the stering and stuff but he kept telling me for three weeks that the place was busy well then I find out when I called they have changed to clay coolly the day before and that was two weeks ago and bthat they will not fix the car that value carmart is now clay cooly. they will not return my calls and when I do get someone on the phone they are saying that it is my problem and hang up. I feel that they deliberately put me off. I am a 59 year old widow and the things they are doing is deliberate and how many others have they done this to. I am a vary low income lady just trying to get back and forth to work
