Choosedirect.com has scammed hundreds of people out of their hard earned money! I purchased outdoor kitchen appliances from them in April 2010. The total was $2700.00. I couldn't afford to have a kitchen built so I ordered the appliances to build one myself. I saved a whopping $100.00 over the competition. However, I soon realized that the $100.00 savings would cost me $2700.00! Choosedirect.com insisted I pay by check. They over-nighted a purchase and sales contract which I sent back with payment in full for my appliances. They cashed my check the next day and never sent my products! I have been fighting with this company for over a year now! They advertised a BBB rating of A- when I bought my appliances. They now have a F rating and over 200 BBB complaints.
