Twice this company has screwed me over. I am a college student with on a very limited income. My family lives out of state and I rely on the bus for transportation.
On two different occasions this company has sold me a ticket on a bus that was overbooked then refused to refund me my money or offer me another trip in the future.
My only option was to wait in the terminal until a later bus (if any) had seats available.
Even if another bus did open up later, I would have already missed my connections with another company.
Their customer service dept. says that they will reschedule your trip. This is a lie! They won't!
This is a pretty good money making scam for Peter Pan / Greyhound buslines since they intentionally overbook knowing that they can keep all the money!
