greyhound bus lines Complaint

im writing in opes you can help my 17 yr old daughter in Kentucky. she traveled from fl to knoxsville put her bag in the approiate place and it was never placed on the bus. now I'm child is in a state with no clothes and her bag is god knows where the bus company is rude and basically said that she needs to wait until her letter comes from the company and the claim number is in the computer no one is or even attenping to lift a finger the wait time went from 48 hrs to 30 days now it 90 days. I don't have the money to send her to buy clothes I bought her clothes before she left. I'm am the only one who works my husband is disabled and we need some help please. thank you cheryl monroe
