Graham Aluminum Co. Complaint

After Hurricane 04, my rainfree dry enclosed porch was destroyed. Only contractor I could get was Graham. They gave a price and we (my husband had Alzheimer's bad)accepted it. A few weeks later the rebuild enclosed porch
roof started leaking.They did send someone out a few times but it never got fixed. Now after the last rain and wind storm the roof, walls and windows leak any time it rains.
That has ruined inside walls, ceiling and soaked my carpet. Unless I buy ten new $1,000 a piece windows he won't touch it, even the roof.

I feel he owes me something for the very poor construction, especially leaving out backing behind the outside walls and studs inside under the inside walls.
