Freedom Power Complaint

I would like to know how freedom power can charge you. 26 for kilos and all the other electric companies charge you from. 13 to. 19. They say they are a pay as you go service but unfortunately they are not and will tell you, you have to pay for someone else's electric that lived where you lived at before and charge you over $300.00 for electric each month, until you pay for the other persons electric that didn't get paid. I feel that is gouging charging. 26 kilos. I don't even have hardly any electric on and they still charged me over $300.00 for the so called pay as you go electric.
