I purchased a copy of the PG-13 rated DVD movie Burlesque on 3/6/2011 to watch Saturday night with the family. When we tried to play the movie, instead of the Burlesque movie starring "Cher" that we expected, we got a very graphic XXX rated 14 second clip porn movie! This was a factory sealed authentic SONY copy purchased from F. Y.E. store. I contacted SONY because I was concerned that there are other copies out there and some young child may possibly see this! Sony didn't seem to be too concerned about the whole thing when I contacted them. They did agree to send me a label to send the DVD back to them for testing, but said that I needed to provide the money myself for packaging (not included and not reembursable according to SONY), gas to take it to the mailing store of their choice (not mine), and also my time involved delivering it; along with waiting 2 to 3 weeks for them to send me a new copy of the movie that I already paid $22.00 for and haven't been able to watch. Certainly not what you'd expect from such a large well known company!!
