My name is Ronald Pubal and I ordered two photo mugs from Frame My Photo LLC on 13 Jan 2011. The total was $34.85 and was taken out of My Mastercard. Time had passed and no product was received, so I went to their customer service tab. To my surprise there was only three blocks for your name, email, and comments. Also the site only wanted customer service related issues by email, and had no phone. I sent off several emails with no response. Decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Florida Attorny General, Florida Department of Agriculture, and lastly the California Attorny General. None of these were able to help me. I understand that this is only a small about of money that was lost, but I can imagine how many people are going through the same hardache, losing hard earned money. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Furthermore I'm fighting for this country in the U.S. Navy about to retire honorable after 20 years. I don't want one more person to be scammed from this company.
