March 2010, my home suffered approximately $25,000 in damage from a hail storm in Grove City, Ohio. Universal Energy confurged on homeoweners for services. This being our first homeowner claim we were at there mercy. 7 months later repairs continued, in the process, we have 3 items that need to be addressed by Universal which have not. 1. an exterior awning that was damaged by the roofers they subcontracted too. 2. Vinyl fencing that has not been repaired and an air conditioner unit that needs fixed.
We were told we would receive referral money for a home which we referred to Univeral Energy for repairs. We have not received any money but our neighbor, who also referred to Universal, has received 10 cases of beer and told not to tell use because Universal Energy is "feuding with us".
I did not we were feuding with Universal Energy, I simply want the services done that they have been paid $25,000 for.
