I purchased a car in 2007 and financed through GMAC, I have been paying $430 a month for 3 years and recently had experienced a tragic loss of a family pet to cancer and it was very costly. I became behind on my payments and I spoke to the financial lender and explained my situation and told them that I was expecting my financial sid check any time now for $5500 and would pay the full ampunt that I was behind. One week later I looked outside and my car was gone. I called them to see what was going on and they saiud that the office that I need to speak to is closed due to weather and I cannot talk to them until tomorrow BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL STORAGE FEES. I told them that I have children that I have to pick up from school but they don't care. Now I cannot get my car back until whenever. I cannot believe that they did me this way after I spoke to them and everything. I can't believe it.
