Went to the Kumquat Festival in Dade City, Fl. Parked our motorhome in the parking area. When we came back later we noticed that our motorhome had damage to the passenger side back corner and scratches just above the wheel well. We brought the motorhome to a RV repair shop and an insurance adjuster from GMAC was sent out. They later called me to say that they would only cover the back corner because they felt it was two separate incidents. I told them it wasn't and asked them how they came about that decision ... what was their proof that it wasn't one incident and they couldn't provide proof but still denied my claim for repair. I feel that they are denying the claim so they can get two deductibles and also have the right to up my rates! This company is dispicable. The amount of complaints on the internet is staggering! Please help!
