Global Event Consulting Services, Inc. Complaint

My fiancee planned a wedding on a cruise, with assistance from the Global Event Consulting Services, Inc. of Deluth. I was informed well into the cruise that something special was going to happen.
The Global Event Consulting Services company booked a wedding ceremony on a private island. On the way back to the boat, the cargo with all of the China, silverware, and stemwear capcized and the cruise ship held us responsible.
When we read the agreement with Global Event Consulting Services, they washed their hands of any responsibility.
The cruiseship billed us for $10,000 and the Global Event Consulting Services company paid NOTHING!
