Glenda's Pizza Depot Complaint

The Customers Always Right.. So What - Food

- 9 Park Road, Painesville Twp. Ohio 44077 (440) 354-5250
Saturday, 1/5/2008, we ordered a seafood pizza and a shrimp dinner. Price was $20.20 and we gave a $3.00 delivery tip. Glendas is only 4-5 minutes down the road. We placed our order at 5:36 pm. A bit over an hour later, we received our food. With the shrimp dinner, we were supposed to get a salad and cocktail sauce with it but didn't. We told the driver and he said "You have to call back yourself because I just deliver" and simply left.

We called them back and they wanted to send the missing items back and we asked to get a new dinner sent with it as it would be cold when the missing items came. We also told them we would give the cold dinner back to them. Well, to our surprise, they never even called or brought our missing food back. I did tell them that they messed our order up 3 other times, not only missing items but brought completely different food than what we ordered. We have ordered from them so much that we even paid for our meal from a Gift Certificate we got from someone on Christmas that knew we ate there.

This really upsets us to think a restaurant would just completely ignore their customers like that and not give them what they paid for. At this time, we will NOT be ordering from GLENDAS PIZZA DEPOT again.

In response to the previous complaint, I have the following to say. This order was handled in early December 07, not Jan 08. Obviously the complaintent is confused about what realy happened or when. I do know that he is confused about who he talked to about this problem! He did
call that he was missing a condiment for his dinner, which we offered to supply him with, he instead insisted on a complete new dinner!
What happened from there I don't know, I believe a credit was offered. What bothers me
is that he said he informed the delivery driver
of this problem and was handled in a cavalier fashion. This individual is not only confused, he
is lying! I know because I was the driver that night and did not hear of his problem until I
returned to the resturaunt. If he has any further
comments to make regarding me or my professionalism in handeling my job, I will gladly accept his cooments through correspondence with my Attorney, whose name and
address I will gladly submit to this web site.
thank you
