I received a cpap breathing machine June 09 my insurance was paying on it and I was paying my amount due every month.
I kept getting my share to pay 13.14 every month. After 13 months the machine was to be mine.
Then all at once I get a bill from Walgreens for $2,660.00
for the whole year of January 2010 till February 2011. This machine is suppose to be paid for.
I have been calling on this every week sometimes more times in one week. Everyone says you must talk to this person or that person now when we call the say that person is out of the office and we cannot get any answers from anyone on this.
What happened is my insurance no longer had a contract with Walgreens so they should of contacted me and come get the machine cause they were not being paid by insurance for it.
Instead they kept billing my my share of cost like everything was fine.
Then I get this huge bill saying I owe full amount on this machine.
When I ask what about share of cost I have made and what about How much this machine is to buy out right.
No they just keep billing me every month for this machine and we cannot get any answers to what is going on.
Please help us as our hands are tyed and they will not give us any answers just past due bills and now they want to take us to collections.
We just want answers and they know they messed up so they are trying to get the money from us.
Please I have all my paper work and we just want answers no one will tell us anything.
Please help us. This is putting so much stress on my life and I have lupus and cannot deal with any stress in my life.
