gas service station Complaint

The other day on my way out of town I decide to pull over for some #3.89 gas for my already gas hog car as I get out of my car an stroll to the pumps to fill up before the next hour rolls around an gas is at $4.00 ha you know its true I insert my card into the pump withdraw it to put in my wallet I look back up at the pump to notice they had added there on little 4 cent tax see befoer I could even start pumping the meter had turned over 4 cents hmm I wonder what cuold be happening here watch the pumps people and happy driving
