I rented a trailer for our burning man trip for 1 week. From the very beginning they did not do as the contract stated. They only responded after I ask them via email what does a paying customer must do to get a callback? Then I would ad should I call a consumer assistance firm to get a call back? Then they'd get back to me in only a few words "do not threaten us & you are not getting your deposit back" then no other communications. To date I have not had any communication with them, they will not tell me why I am not getting my deposit of $2000 back.
I believe that I have exhausted all my efforts. I left voice mail messages, I've sent in emails. One of them reply saying that we will not reply to any of your emails, questions and so on. I asked if this is how they do business? Nothing. I have nothing in writing to tell me anything. I've done my part, they have not. I can't even dispute or send a letter, where to send the dispute!
I am so upset on how they continue to lie and dodging me! Please help. p.s. I did send a brief note via email to KTVU Channel 2.
