After moving back, to our rebuilt home the builder supplied us with TOP OF THE LINE GE. HOME APPLIANCES. I HAVE an ongoing problem with the best gePROFILE Refrig, 3 french doors ice, water pure on door 26 CU. FT. energystar,(Cost,$2599) The problem is'' lots of water accumulates on the bottom droor over thefreezer compartment, and runs out onto the floor, making a puddle of water, that is a dangerous slip situation'' then the water freezes into a sheet of ice that imust scrape out, and the cycle starts over for a year now going on. 6TH REPAIR, with new parts all faild. THE REPAIR technicians told us that inside wall is warped and no new part will seal properley??? Customer, consumer relations(case#)11574611 &772-778-2364for GE CASE history on this problem on this forever ongoing problem, they want $400 FROM ME to replace this unit because it is ten days after warrantie'' THIS IS A HORRIBLE THING FOR GE. TO DO TO ME, WITH BILLIONS IN PROFITS. PS. there are ten other neighbores known in woodfield with the same problem, same appliance, not to mention the washinGMAChine problems???????
