I was involved in a car accident on Feb.4 2007. A lady and the mayor of GOTL opened their door into my oncoming car. They were parking in front of a bar. They were not given a ticket by the GOTL police, only warned of the law O.R.C.4511.70C. Now I am being sued by their insurance company to fix their vehicle. I am being forced to fix my own vehicle. This is because no ticket was given. Chief Brockman of GOTL told me no tickets are ever given during the winter at GOTL. This is a ridiculous scam.
