Why Am I Not Surprised - Freezer

- Calif.
We purchased a new freezer last October and by July it starting building up ice (it's frost free)and leaking water from the bottom. I called the GE company and on Aug 8th they sent someone out to "fix" it. He said he cleared a line out.....but by early Sept. it was doing the same thing. On Sept. 26th another service representative came out to "fix" it. On the 27th, it was leaking from the bottom and the ice is now starting to build up again!!!! On Monday I will call AGAIN to tell them it is doing the same thing. So far I have not been charged because it is less then a year old. At what point, I wonder, do they realize it has a major problem and just replace it???!!!!
