We have a side by side new in February 2008 with manufacture home the refrigerator had to be repair coils kept freezing up causing the it not to cool.
Repairs was made costing us 219dollars on a defrost heating element it was a signal element and was replace with a remodefied two element there had to be a lot of complaints on this issue for GE to remodyfied the part from one element to two!!!!
We fill this break down should have never happen if Ge had install the new remodyfied two elements heater in at manufacturing this was a defective part they put in it it has been replace with there remodyfied two element defrost heater costing us $219.35
Which we would like to be reimbursing for this repair that should have never happen
We may be sending this to the attorney general office if need be
..
