In September 2005 I purchased a 'Indestructible G_Force Atomic Watch' from Gadget Universe in Sylmar, CA. The watch was defective, the wrist band was defective, when I received it in October 2005; I returned it for a replacement, and when I received the replacement about one month later; it was defecive, the watch was not keeping time accurately; therefore, I returned the watch for a refund, $79.95. Up to date,2-27-06, I have not received the refund; I have called Gadget Universe Customer Service Dept. over eight times since November,and I was told that a refund was sent; every two or three weeks after that I called the company again and was and have been told a refund is being sent within 72 hours. Obviously, this company is lying to me to placate me. The defective product has been received by Gadget Universe; I would appreciate it very much if you could help me get my refund . In fact, the Better Business Bureau in CA was told that a refund was sent on February 1, 2006, which obviously was a lie because I have not received my refund.
