Why would Napa State Hospital allow for a Contract Company such as Futures Rehab, Inc. hire employees such as Physical Therapist one in particular and 2-PT Assistants claim to be on the hospital grounds working when in deed they are not.
This allows for the President of Futures Rehab, Inc. to earn a monthly income from it's 3 so called therapy employees to sign their signature with false times being on the grounds getting a paid wage when actually they are not there.
I an Occupational therapist complained of this going on and ended up leaving my employment there. I have started an investigation with the hospital police and hopefully it will be investigated.
It is clear that the state of California is short on money for many programs and then you have dishonest people such as the one running this company allowing fraud and poor ethical behavior to continue.
Stealing from out tax dollars.
