This places is a big rip-off I wished I had checked them out first before I put 1000.00 Dollars down on my furniture I checked them out on bbb and to find out that they have a f- rating with the bbb that was very shocking. Here is my story with this company last October I went furniture shopping and I found some very nice things just moved from Florida trying to find a house and get some nice things, things didn't worked out as planned did not find a job and was having a hard time so I went to cancun market to get my money back and they told me that I would have to pay 20% to cancelled my order I told them that I wawn't going to do it because I was never told that when I put my money down they said it was on the receipt it was never told to me or never went over the cancelled fees. Ok I changed my mind and she(mrtha cortez)told me that she will add on 6 more months on my layaway. Octber of this year I went in to change my order and the sales guy told told me that my order was cancelled 6 months ago I said to him that it should be for 1 year ok he told me that he will have to reopen my account and that it will takes 24hrs to 48hrs 1 weeks went by no phone call so I called and martha cortez told me that they were 2 steps of reopening back my account and that 1 steps went through and that she is waiting on the 2nd steps so I asked why someone didn't call me and let me know she told me that she was telling me now and that she will called me back as soon as the 2nd step go through ok waited a week non one called so I called a again and she told me that they could not find my receipt and asked me if I had my receipt I said yes and that I would faxed it to them so I fax it over and the next day she called and said that they coud not see fax that I had sent over it is possible to bring it in and I said that I would so I brought my receipt in and while I was waiting she told me to go ahead and picked out some other furniture and I did even had it written down because I did not trusth them so she told me that once it has been approved she called me and let me know and will get my things to me so in my mind am saying finally am getting my things ok a week went by no phone call so I called again and asked martha did the 2nd step go through because I had not heard from you she told me that the manager was there and put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and said that it was approved ok so I said to her so when can you deliver my things she told me that there was a problem and I said what problem well to find out the chairs and the table that I picked out they sold the chairs after I had it written down with the rest of my stuff so I asked her how can that be when I it was wriiten down she said that the other sales girl didn't not checked so she sold my chairs so I said to her being that you guys sold my chairs that I should get some other chairs for the same price she said no she could not do that so I asked her what chairs do you have any chairs on sale she said yes so she send me an email of the clearance chair(which I still have) so we are going over the chairs that I liked and I went over 5.12 And I said to her can I give you guys the money when they deliver my things she said she would have to talk to her manager and that she will called me back ok an hour went by and I called her and I asked her did you get the 5.12 Approved she said no her manager was busy so she didn't get a chance thats why she did not called me back and then she said to me you knoww that you have to pay 15% I said for what for cancelling the order I have been dealing with this place even have proof of everything that was written down when I picked out my furniture and on the paper it said the price of the furniture, delivery and sales tax nothing about paying 15% these people are theift and they have been getting away with it and someone needs to stop them they never order the furniture but they want me to give them 150.00 Dollars for nothing they are liars
