I made a purchase on line for two iotems that were supposedly in stock and according to the website information available the shipping was 'Overnight Shipping' for total of approximately $200 total for both items. I paid with credit card and payment posted that day February 12, 2011. I then used the on line order shipping tracking to inquire after it took longer then a week to hear anything from them. Website said an email would be sent on the day of shipment forwarded to my home address. That never occurred and now tracking tells me that it could be at least 21 days before items were shipped. Worst of all these items which claimed as in stock at time of order and purchase made, stated they were waiting on manufacturer shipment to arrive to them, before this was ever going to be coming to me. Apparently overnight term used for what I had paid for is just their own name for shipping and oh well it was many nights before this could be in route to me. Manufacturer fault due to bad weather crap was first excuse that was given. Finally someone emailed me back after several messages went unattended to inform me the weather was causing this delay that lasted weeks into months long at that time. I became more furious as the time kept ticking and nothing, not even as far as replies to message sent etc. I spoke to a Jordan finally at the end of March and he guaranteed after checking with the supposed manufacturer and ther estimated shipping dates, said my order would be shipped out from there on April 4th and order taking 4 days to get to me no later then 8th. Ok, and just to be sure during that conversation I asked if I canceled order would the refund be in full and right away? He quoted absolutely Mame but there is just a fews more to wait and order is there at your door. Once again the 8th came and went as well, Finally 4/6/11 I spoke again with Jordan and he tried new dates and something of the same routine different reason and longer dates I was requesting to cancel and this time he claimed that my refunded funds paid wouild be in full and take them approximately 15 days before it could be processed for information getting to my bank. I was furious not the same information when we spoke earlier and then talked me into the waiting game that we still are apparenlty playing. I asked for the Manager, so this got me that same Robert gentleman I am sure who ignored the emails sent to him, who claimed weather was the excuse sometime in early in March. So he listens to fury and says "Yeah I can go put a rush on the processing it should be soon your money is back on the account." I received email cancellation confirmation from Robert, on this date. On 4/11/11 I call and get Jordan again at first then requested good ol Robert, who put that rush on refund fo me right? First thing he says to me is "So did you want to place another order to replace the cancellation made last week?" Are you kidding me Dude? He obviously knew I was very unhappy and seriously wanted that rush of refunds he promised a week ago. So I asked what the status and reminded him of our last chat, he says, Oh yeah, I did tell them to rush the processing of the refund, but that won't be able to be rushed for another month or so, because any refund usually takes at least 45 to 60 days before we can have money back in the account! I think the reason I for my concern is clear here. Here it is 4/13/11 nothing replied back to several emails the phone line always gives you either Jordan or Robert every time no way you can get through to actual accounting department I ttried that several times also and mysteriuosly was disconnected every time I pushed hard enough to get that far. Not much to this scam but these two guys I feel behind this website rippoff nightmare I too fell prey to. That 45 days processing did it for me for sure, and NOT WORKING for me at all Can you help get their attention I am ripped off her $ 431.00 bucks and still no furniture that I am waiting to buy if money is ever refunded but appears to be a scam in process. I would love to have them exposed and get this refund somehow, if you could get this out there for everyuone stupid as I was thinkjing I was smarter then this scam thing to happen to even me. HELP ME PLEASE RIPPED OFF BY THE BUZZ JORDAN AND ROBERT!
