I turned in my computer for repair since I bought an extended warranty that included a loaner while your computer is being fixed. I was made to sign and initial so many papers and told they were just "routine". When I came in to retrieve my computer and return the loaner, I was told I have to pay 10% (later became 15%) of inflated price of old loaner computer because I did not return loaner in its original box. When I complained that that was never explained to me, the manager was so rude and insisted I signed papers that says I agree to the charge if I failed to return the box. I kept insisting I was just asked to initial them like they were just routine papers but the manager won't listen to any of my pleadings and even refused to give his name or let me see the papers I signed. I got his name from a "lower" employee working at the repair department who initially told me I have to pay 10%.
