Basically Ferrelllgas has no customer service. They have a number of ways to get a hold them, call and when they are out you can leave a message, or the way they try and push is via e mail, they aren't open when you get home from work needless to say. We've left messages since Jan 11 phone and e mails, now today Jan 16 th finally get a real person. Who says they've received no prior contact from us, so we will get a delivery in the next 5-7 days beg tomorrow the 17th, we now have no propane, no hot water for showering or dishes they don't take responsibility for their systems not working, it's the customers fault / my fault for not talking to a real person!! Really why are these other systems in place?? They mislead you to believe its there so you can get faster service while it really just delays their service
