In April my husband and I had a layover at the Denver Airport. I was approached by a Frontier Airlines representative offering 15,000 free flier miles for signing up for a Frontier Master Card. I was told my first purchace with the card would activate my account and it was good for 1 round trip ticket anywhere Frontier flew
within the continential United States. He also said once activated, I had 2 years to use my miles. I tried to get information on using my miles today and was told that now I needed 20,000 to get my ticket. They changed the policy.
I must have asked the representative about 5 times, "I can use this anytime?" And his reply was as long as it was within the 2 year and where Frontier flew. The only reason I signed up was so that I could go and visit my son who was planning to move to Tucson. I am so disappointed that now I can't go visit my son which was the only reason I signed up for the MasterCard. I feel that I was scammed. Now I have to spend $5,000 on their credit card to get the ticket that they said was FREE. Pleas HELP me.
