I BROUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTE 31 DAYS AGO YESTERDAY I WAS TRAVELING AND MY VEHICLE STARTED OVER HEATING COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN, I WENT AHEAD AND CALLED GOLD KEY TO ASK THEM WAS I COVERED THE YOUNG LADY EXPLAINED TO ME I WAS AND ADVISED ME TO GO AHEAD AND SEND MY TRUCK TO THE REPAIR SHOP, THE TOW TRUCK WAS 5 HOURS LATE BY THE TIME IT GOT TO THE SHOP IT WAS TO ATE TO CALL IN A CLAIM SO THE REPAIR MAN DID NOT LOOK AT MY TRUCK TO FIX IT AT ALL, THIS MORNING THE REPAIR MAN CALLED GOLD KEY CLAIMS TO MAKE A CLAIM AND THEY TOLD HIM THAT WAS NOT COVERED BECAUSE ITS A WAITING PERIOD, WHICH STOPED YESTERDAY NOW MY TRUCK IS STILL NOT FIXED I HAD TO PAY 120$ TO GET IT LOOKED AT AND NO ONE AT THE COMPANY WANTED TO HELP ME I SPOKE WITH AN AGENT WHO JUST DID NOT WANT TO HANDLE IT WHICH SHE SENT ME OVER TO A SUPERVISOR WHICH WAS VERY NASTY THEN ON TO ANOTHER SUPERVISOR WHO REFUSED TO GET ON THE PHONE THE COMPANY HAS NO RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER, AFTER THAT I ASKED THEM FOR A CORPORATE NUMBER WHICH THE SUPERVISOR SAID TO ME " I AM CORPORATED AND I ANSWER TO THE OWNER" WHICH THEN BEFORE HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE TOLD ME HE WILL NOT GIVE ME A HIGHER NUMBER TO REACH ANYONE ELSE BUT HIM. I FEEL VERY HURT AND LET DOWN FOR PUTTING MY TRUST IN SUCH A LOW DOWN COMPANY THAT CANT EVEN HELP A NEW CUSTOMER. THANK U
