Friedmans Jewelers Complaint

This company filed for bankruptcy and offered me a chance to pay fifty cents on the dollar to them on my remaining amount due. In December of 2006 after receiving the letter I attempted to do so they said it was to late so, I paid off my account in full and they sent in my account as a write off to the credit report co damaging my credit.I would also them to make this right with the credit reporters.

It would also be interesting to know if they paid the money back to their insurance company.
