after 2 yrs on a prepay plan for 82.00 a month,750 min for 2 phones my contract expired on may 1 2011, t- mobile offered me a new plan 2 free phones, 750 min, and unlimted text for another 2 yrs at the same price so I signed a new contract, I also added a plan to reduce my rate when calling from a different country for 5.00 more a month as I was going to cancun for vaction from may 9 tru the 16 2011 the 5.00 doller extra could be cancled upon my return to the states. I returned to the the states on may 16 2011, I checked my bill on my phone by dailing #225# onmay 21 2011 it was over 270.00 I called t-mobile, I was told by the operator that the ruduced rate plan I bought for 5.00 was to call from the usa to cancun(why would I want that plan I just wanted to call home while on vaction) t-mobile me it was there fault, they would credit my account and for my troubles they would give me free web for a month from may21 2011 thru June 21 2011 with a call back on June 21 2011 to see if I wanted to keep the web. so she credeted my account and and I payed my may bill 82.00 on June 14 my new bill came in at 170.00 so I called t- mobile and they fixed it and it came in at 75.00 I paid that. on June 21 when I did not get acall back from t-mobile about the web, I called them told them I did not want the web to please remove it from my phone, they said they would, on June 27 I still had the web so I called t-mobile, and they said they would remove it on July 10 I still had the web so I called t-mobile and they said they would remove it, on July 14 I got my new phone bill for 170.00 and I still had the web, so I called t-mobile they said they would remove the web right away but I still had to pay the 170.00 cause I had the web I told them I would not pay the 170.00 and they better remove the web, on July 27 I still had the web so I called t- mobile and wanted to speak to a supervisor, I was told none was availble, I would get a call back and they woul definitely remove the web, today is July I have not recived a call back I still have the web and I checked my bill on line and I noticed I am being charged by a outside company (i think its called cramming)9.99 a month so it seem I caint get no satisfaction and if I call t-mobile I have to wait over a hour to talk to someone so maybe you can help thank you..
