Back in July I got offered internet and TV. The salesman said I would get free NFL ticket and thay would pay for the six months left on my dish network contract and there would be no installation charge. He said he could do all this for $106.00 a month. I told him I would not pay for a landline for internet because I get it from an antanna and it is only $40.00 a month. When I got the first bill it was $325.00 I got billed for a landline plus internet, instalation and a few other misc things. So I cancelled the frontier. Then I called drecTV and asked if the prommotions were still good and they said yes. Well I had trouble with a channel so I called direcTV and when I had the representative on the phone I asked if he could check on the NFL ticket and he said I didn't have it. I told him that was the reason for signing up for direcTV. So he left the phone for a short while and came back and said I would get the NFL ticket this year and I would have to pay full price next year. Now thay are saying I don't get it and I don't. I didn't think I would be scammed by a company thats been around that long. I was happy with what I had I just wanted the free NFL ticket. All I got is a service contract that says I have to pay $420.00 to make this go away.
