Freddie Mac foreclosed on my house after I was put into the Making your Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). I paid 7 payments and then was foreclosed on. I was told to make payments and after 3 payments I would be permanently modified. This company of which is 100% funded by the government foreclosed on me and put tens of thousands of dollars into the home to sell it for $150,000 less than what I owed on it. This is outright theft of property. It is also outright theft from the treasury of the United States. This company is constantly bailed out and was given a program to Help Homeowners Stay in their Homes, instead they are helping homeowners out of their homes. This is YOUR tax money at work. When you call this so called company and get to talk to someone they say they will call you back an never will. This is misrepresentation of help that they solicit you to get and then once you apply you are trapped like a hampster and told to fax in documents repeatley until they get a balloon payment big enough they know you cannot redeem.
After this happened and knowing the laws pertaining to property, I fought them in two lawsuits and after the second one and threatening a third, I was sent an email by their local agent here and was told that some in this company wanted to "teach me a lesson". After being threatened and concerned for my safety, I released a lien I had on the house to stop the sale. I figure the reason I was threatened is because I had uncovered things you are not supposed to know about the relationship structure within the company pertaining to WEllS FARGO BANK.
So WARNING do not fall for this so called help from the government, as this agency funded by the government is using it for it's own personal gain. They WILL take your house.
