We received an invoice for $480.95 payable in 30 days. It showed a customer ID, an invoice #, and the option to pay for two years @ $789.95.

When I called the phone #, a regular person's voice message is recorded saying you have reached "The Yellow Box" and their representatives are busy, to please leave a message.
