Back in 2005 my husband moved in with his brother. He gave him $30,000 dollars to buy the house off and got his name put on the title of that house in Hesperia. The whole transaction was not done correctly. The original loan remained in his brothers name. Then my husband was not married to be at the time, becaue we divorced in 04, took out a 2nd to buy the house we are in now. we got remarried after he took out the bridge/2nd loan from PFF now US Bank.
The house up their in Hesperia was being rented out and never late on payments not for either the 1st or 2nd but the bank, Chase on the original illegally foreclosed and now that 2nd loan is not being paid. When he bought this house the loan was done fraudently. can we hide is name and voice on the TV
